The Continental Launches New Summer Menus, and a Health Booster Breakfast Menu in Collaboration with La Prairie
The Continental at Pacific Place is proud to introduce a special breakfast menu and collaboration alongside its new summer a la carte menus. The new menus, created by British Chef Rowley Leigh, embrace a series of fresh and seasonal ingredients for guest to enjoy.
In collaboration with renowned skincare brand, La Prairie, The Continental has introduced a Health Booster Breakfast menu inspired by the luxurious Herbal Brightening Complex from the new La Prairie Anti-Aging Rapid Response Booster.
Priced at HK$180, this special breakfast is available from 1 to 30 June, offering the freshest and healthiest dishes, such as Avocado with Pink Grapefruit, Fennel and Pumpkin Seeds, Green Asparagus with Eggs ‘en Cocotte’ and seasonal fruit selections. Guests will receive an invitation to experience an anti-aging lineless consultation service at La Prairie Pacific Place Store and a Discovery Kit after the consultation.
In keeping with our passion to always offer new and inspired European dishes, The Continental presents summer favourites such as Blinis with Pickled Herrings and Smoked Salmon, Veal Chop with Morel Mushrooms and Griddled Fillets of Mackerel with Peas, Pea Shoots and Green Apple Purée.
“It is our practice to change the menu on a regular basis in order to maintain seasonality. This new menu focuses largely on English summer ingredients and includes a number of lighter dishes for guests to enjoy.” said Chef Rowley.
