Swire Restaurants is proud to announce the launch of Mobile Dining Rewards across the group’s acclaimed restaurants in May, offering guests a range of exclusive dining rewards and benefits.

The dining vouchers with an accumulative value of HK$1,100 can be used separately or collectively**.
Swire Restaurants is excited to announce the opening of REPUBLIC this December, a sub-brand of PUBLIC, the expansive international restaurant and deli located at One Island East, Quarry Bay.
Swire Restaurants is embracing the holiday spirit at the group’s acclaimed restaurants, offering a wide range of set menus and specials in five diverse locations.
From contemporary European flavours at the elegant The Continental, authentic French fare at Plat du Jour, casual dining with friends and loved ones at Mr & Mrs Fox, or convenient ready-made meals and deli items from PUBLIC to share on-the-go or at home, Swire Restaurants invites guests for heart-warming celebrations of any size or setting in this festive season.
In support of Cathay Pacific’s recent launch of Betsy Beer, the world’s first hand-crafted bottled beer specially brewed to be enjoyed at 35,000 feet, Swire Hotels and Swire Restaurants are collaborating with Hong Kong’s home carrier to deliver exceptional offers along with this innovative product.
With the quality of inflight dining as the heart of the concept, Betsy Beer embodies Swire Hotels and Restaurants’ core values of quality taste and exceptional experiences. The first of its kind, this high altitude beer fuses science and traditional brewing methods. It perfectly blends a careful selection of Hong Kong and UK-sourced ingredients, such as “Dragon Eye” fruit and Fuggle, a revered hop and a mainstay of traditional British craft ales, to give the unique characteristic of the beverage with a pleasingly earthy and full-bodied flavor.
