Building on the successful launch of The Continental and Mr & Mrs Fox, Swire Restaurants will add to its growing portfolio with a second opening of Plat du Jour in Pacific Place. Centrally located on the lower level, the French bistro will have its soft opening in early January with an official launch a month later.
The 160 seat restaurant at Pacific Place will follow the recipe for success that made the original Plat du Jour in Taikoo Place such a popular choice for gourmands. Under the direction of Executive Chef David Parkin, Plat du Jour will serve a range of authentic French delicacies and classic comfort dishes throughout the day.
The season for romance is fast approaching and Swire’s restaurants have created a selection of special Valentine’s Day menus at The Continental and Plat du Jour on 14 February (Saturday).
Comprising a menu of classic European dishes, The Continental at Pacific Place will be presenting a four-course Valentine’s Dinner at HK$650* per person, a perfect choice for celebrating this romantic occasion.
