The 4-course Valentine’s Dinner begins with a choice of starters including Salmon & Oyster Tartare and Baby Beetroot, Blood Orange & Fennel Salad, followed by the second course featuring a rich Double Boiled Chicken Consommé. Main dishes include the option of Dover Sole Fillet, Hokkaido Scallop & Oscietra Caviar or Seared Gressingham Duck Breast. Following the main course is Continental Cheese Board, and the meal ends on a sweet note with dessert options of the favourite Chocolate & Salted Caramel Tart or Wild Strawberry Pavlova. The dinner menu is priced at HKD 1,600 for two and subject to 10% service charge.
