Plat du Jour Participates in Le French GourMay

Plat du Jour celebrates Le French GourMay’s 10th anniversary with gastronomic delights inspired by the Southern French region, Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur at both Pacific Place and Quarry Bay branches throughout the month of May.

The special menu starters include Salade d’Été, a summer salad of confit ratte potatoes, quail egg, roasted peppers, French beans and lemon aioli, or Roasted Tomato Soup with petit ‘pan bagnat’.

For a main course, diners can select from an array of dishes incorporating the distinct Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur’s regional flavours, such as the Daube Provençale comprising of slow-cooked beef cassoulet, black olives and chickpea flatbread, and Oven-roasted French Sea Bass, with caponata, beignets de courgettes and crab bisque.

To complete the meal, guests can enjoy the ultimate indulgence with a Herbes de Provence Crème Brûlée with sablé biscuit.

The specially crafted dishes featured this May are available for lunch and dinner, which guests can order à la carte or in sets of two or three courses priced at HK$250 and HK$290*.
