Share the Romance with Swire’s Restaurants on Valentine’s Day
The season for romance is fast approaching and Swire’s restaurants have created a selection of special Valentine’s Day menus at The Continental and Plat du Jour on 14 February (Saturday).
Comprising a menu of classic European dishes, The Continental at Pacific Place will be presenting a four-course Valentine’s Dinner at HK$650* per person, a perfect choice for celebrating this romantic occasion.
Guest can enjoy Glazed Fines De Claires Oysters with Watercress Mousse and North Sea Shrimps, or Campania Burrata with Confit Aubergines and Tomatoes to start, followed by Lobster Ragout with Sweet Potato, or Chicken Consommé with Poached Egg and Truffles for the second course. The main course will be Sole Fillets with Artichoke Purée and Shiso Vinaigrette, or Fillet Steak with Salsify Fritters. Chocolate and Salted Caramel Tart, or Champagne Sabayon with Wild Strawberries and Sauce Béarnaise should not be missed as the finale on this delightful evening.
Plat du Jour
The cosy, intimate 60-seat French bistro on Hoi Wan Street will be offering an authentic French set menu on Valentine’s Day for lovers to celebrate in a romantic setting. The four-course set dinner is priced at HK$888* per couple, with an additional HK$200* to enjoy a half dozen White Pearl oysters.
The classic four-course dinner menu includes Seared Foie Gras as appetiser and Lobster Bisque, followed by a choice of Australian Beef Tenderloin or Pan-fried Sea Bass as main course, completed with a Red Velvet Cake.
