Swire Restaurants Celebrates Le French GourMay
Coinciding with Hong Kong’s annual Le French May festivities, Swire Restaurants is celebrating this year’s launch of Le French GourMay at Plat du Jour and The Continental with a premium selection of Champagne and exquisite Champagne-Ardenne-inspired dishes.
Plat du Jour’s Le French GourMay menu starters include Home-Made Boudin Blanc – poached chicken & foie gras ‘sausage’ served with morel & bean salad and mushroom sauce, or a decadent Langres AOP Salade made with cows’ milk cheese, warm French beans, smoked walnuts and pickled grapes topped with Champagne vinegar dressing.
Moving on to main course, guests can experience an array of Champagne-Ardenne’s regional flavours, choosing from Sautéed Sole Fillet with lobster mousse and Champagne sauce, and Poché-Grill Chicken with Potée Garniture.
To complete the meal, a classic French favourite, Soufflés a la Vanille, is served with vanilla pod ice-cream. The specially crafted dishes are available for lunch and dinner, which guests can order à la carte or in lunch sets of two or three courses priced at HK$235 and HK$275.
Plat du Jour will also offer Charles Heidsieck Champagne to be paired with the delicacies during this period.
At the same time, The Continental will present a delightful selection of Charles Heidsieck Champagne on offer by glass or by bottle for its first participation in Le French GourMay.

On offer is Charles Heidsieck Rosé Réserve NV priced at HK$180 per glass and at HK$980 per bottle, with a daily happy hour special of Charles Heidsieck Brut Réserve NV at HK$100 per glass and HK$500 per bottle from 4:30pm – 7:30pm.
