Swire’s Restaurants Win Best New Restaurant and Best Cocktails at the Hong Kong Tatler Best Restaurants Guide Awards 2016
Following its successful launch earlier this year, Mr & Mrs Fox was recently named Best New Restaurant by Hong Kong Tatler Best Restaurants Guide Awards 2016, an exciting recognition of its achievements since opening in September. In addition, The Continental, another Swire’s restaurant, was awarded winner in the Best Cocktails category, and Top 20 Best Restaurants in Hong Kong. The awards cocktail event was held at The Ocean in Repulse Bay in Hong Kong on 19 November 2015.

Newly-opened in Quarry Bay, Mr & Mrs Fox is a three-level bar and restaurant known for its ingredient-driven menu that showcases Executive Chef Joey Sergentakis’ culinary creativity with an emphasis on premium house-aged beef and seasonal produce.
Situated at Pacific Place, Admiralty, The Continental is an elegant restaurant with a sophisticated European flair, featuring an impressive bar and eclectic cocktail selection, lead by Bar Operations Manager, Timothee Becqueriaux, and an open garden terrace. Under the culinary direction of renowned British chef Rowley Leigh, the restaurant offers classic European fare that balances authentic flavours with a touch of refinement.
In addition to these award-winning restaurants, Swire Restaurants will add to its growing portfolio with a second opening of the French bistro, Plat du Jour, in Pacific Place in January 2016.
