The Continental Celebrates the Fall Season with Game

The Continental has launched a new autumn menu, introducing rich, delectable dishes from the mountains and the plains this November.

Designed by Executive Chef, Rene Michelena, the autumn menu available until December showcases an array of autumnal ingredients, including game meats simply being augmented with seasonal vegetables, heightened with herbs and fruits. The unique combinations of the dishes are sure to satisfy every palate.

Starters that are packed full of flavours and warmth including Baby Spinach & Pumpkin Salad (HK$180) with yoghurt, feta cheese and pomegranate seeds, Paris Mushroom Soup (HK$135) with truffle cream, Wild Kingfish Carpaccio (HK$120) and Rabbit & Cavatelle Pasta (HK$190).

Enticing new main dishes include Soft Shell Crab Puttanesca (HK$220), Braised Beef Cheeks & Grilled Venison Loin (HK$330) served with wilted kale and black truffle jus.

Indulge in the sweetness of the signature dessert introduced this fall – Panna Cotta with Fig & Pistachio (HK$95) with rose petal jam, which marks the perfect ending to the autumn feast.
